At the campus of Cologne International School people from over 40 nations learn and teach according to international IB curricula. As a private school provider, we continuously develop our unique educational concept, guided by societal change and the latest academic research.

Our boarding house is home to up to 20 students from around the world, aged 15 to 19. English is the language of everyday life. To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student who enjoys working with young people in an international environment and actively contributes to a positive and supportive residential community.

Your Responsibilites

  • Educational support and guidance for students in their daily routines
  • Assisting with leisure activities, homework supervision, and evening programs
  • Supporting the educational team with organizational tasks
  • Participating in pedagogical reflection meetings
  • Optional: Leading small projects or activities (e.g., sports, music, creative workshops)

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently studying education, social work, teaching, psychology, or a related field
  • You enjoy working with young people and bring empathy and strong communication skills
  • You are responsible, reliable, and a strong team player
  • You have good command of both English and German
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents is a plus, but not required
