To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student who enjoys working with young people in an international environment and actively contributes to a positive and supportive residential community.
Your Responsibilites
- Educational support and guidance for students in their daily routines
- Assisting with leisure activities, homework supervision, and evening programs
- Supporting the educational team with organizational tasks
- Participating in pedagogical reflection meetings
- Optional: Leading small projects or activities (e.g., sports, music, creative workshops)
Your Qualifications
- You are currently studying education, social work, teaching, psychology, or a related field
- You enjoy working with young people and bring empathy and strong communication skills
- You are responsible, reliable, and a strong team player
- You have good command of both English and German
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents is a plus, but not required
