Your qualifications:

Training as a pedagogical specialist (social pedagogy, therapeutic pedagogy, social work, etc.) or teacher
Solid work experience
You are able to cope with the task at hand without losing sight of the big pedagogical picture
Good command of English
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Confidence and above-average reliability
Ability to self-reflect
Intercultural competence

Your tasks:

Everyday support and promotion of independence for young people aged 15-19 years
Mentoring pedagogy taking into account individual objectives of the young person
Development and planning of leisure activities
Working with parents
Development of individual support offers
Networking (schools, authorities, associations, cooperation partners, etc.)
Participation in regular supervision meetings
Taking over administrative tasks
Team meetings

Working hours:

30 h weekly


